Terms and Conditions
- Estimated workflow is 1-7 Day(s) depending on the client's confirmation of the commissioned work. [Unless there is an emergency or errands that the artist will be at, which the artist will be informing the client.]
- The artist will be posting the illustration at their portfolio / social media for Future References . [The Client may also tell the artist if it's a project to be posted months after the work is claimed]
- PayPal transaction only.
- The artist will be sending frequent updates regarding to your commissioned work, there will be maximum of 2 FREE Revisions. Any additional revisions would charge you 10 USD each.
- First Pay First Serve.
- The artist may reject contact / working with the client. (current / future projects) if clients exhibit bad communication or any kind of unruly behavior.
- Refund is possible if the client have some emergencies occurred in their party.
The artist will recommend that the client shouldn't pay a 100% payment unless they are set for the said work or illustration.
They will be following the base prices refund below:
No Progress | 90% of the total quotation price of the commissioned work
Sketch | 50% of the total quotation price of the commissioned work.
Cleaned - up| 30% of the total quotation price of the commissioned work.
Rendered | No Refunds.
- If there are any other source of production of the commissioned worked (for merch / shop / etc.), the details and prices will be settled in the DMs.
